Our growing coffee brand is seeking a Junior Manager to help lead one of our vibrant locations. You'll play a key role in supporting the store's daily operations while upholding our commitment to quality and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Experience: Assist in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by upholding high standards in service, product quality, and store ambiance.
• Operational Support: Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Help build a positive, motivated team by providing support, guidance, and coaching to team members.
• Training & Development: Participate in team training initiatives and contribute to a culture of learning and growth.
• Community Engagement: Support initiatives that align with our values of sustainability and community involvement.

Requirements:
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the hospitality or retail industry.
• Basic understanding of financial processes and willingness to learn more about cost control and performance analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• A proactive, detail-focused approach with a problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
