SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Engineering industry based in Kempton Park is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential
2 years of experience in marketing, internships or related roles
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing activities in line with overall strategy
Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms
Liaise with and brief external suppliers
Source, order, and manage promotional materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and budget requirements
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activations
Support the coordination of industry events and trade shows
Ensure all marketing outputs are consistent, professional, and impactful
Provide personal support to our management team
Manage executive schedules and meetings by coordinating calendars, prioritising appointments, setting reminders, preparing agendas and presentations, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, transport, and preparing detailed itineraries for management team travel
Coordinate events and meetings by booking venues, sending invitations, managing RSVPs, preparing materials, handling logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
