Junior Office Administrator

SUMMARY:
Role Overview

To provide administrative assistance within the Finance Department. Ensure up-to-date information readily available for document control, auditing purposes and management decision-making.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

• Sorting, checking and verification of documentation received by the Finance Department, both internal and external
• Accurate and complete filing of all Financial documentation
• Adhere to policy and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
• Any related and adhoc administrative functions within the department
• Participates and supports the implementation of Best Practices and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in implementation of the corrective action and preventative action plan

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 certificate
• +- 2 -3 years in a similar role within an Administration and Accounting environment
• Computer literacy - MS Office, Accounting or ERP systems
• Syspro experience would be advantageous

• Planning, Organizational skills and time Management
• Willing to work - Public Holidays, weekends and Overtime as needed by occupational needs
