JOB SUMMARY:
One of the world’s leading international retail digital businesses is seeking a Junior Ops Partner (Junior Project Manager) .

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years’ experience in similar role.
Experience in supporting end to end delivery of small, medium & large scoped projects.
Basic understanding of project management principles, lifecycles and methodologies.
Project management software skills would be beneficial.
Microsoft office and Google suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong planning and organisation skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships through communication and collaboration.

Duties and responsibilities:

Understand & implement the project management principles as outlined by the project management strategy and vision.
Understand and support in managing the project scope.
Support in the development of project plans, including schedule and budget.
Organise and allocate business resource as required by the project.
Communicate and provide reporting across both team and stakeholder levels on project timings, milestones and deliverables.
Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and issues.
Support in the development of continuous improvement through business practices, templates, policies and tools in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
Adhoc - Any other reasonable request from management including particular projects as and when needed.
