SUMMARY:
Our client in the Hygiene Industry is seeking a Junior Payroll Clerk / Administrator to join their team!

This role is ideal for a recent Graduate, or someone with up to 1 year of experience - who is eager to build a career in Payroll Administration.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric, and Certification of Diploma is advantageous.
2+ years of experience in payroll administration (graduates are welcome to apply).
Working knowledge of Sage VIP Premier is essential.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Capturing and maintaining accurate payroll records - including new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
Processing salaries accurately and on time.
Calculating and processing deductions, third-party payments, and statutory contributions.
Balancing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Generating payslips and payroll reports as required.
