🔍 Role Purpose:

🎓 Requirements:

• BSc/BTech/BEng in Mechanical Engineering
• 0–3 years in product design & development
• Knowledge or experience in refrigeration and/or HVAC systems
• CAD/SolidWorks (advantage)
• Understanding of DFM & lean manufacturing principles
• Strong computer literacy and communication skills

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Support full product development lifecycle from concept to manufacturing
• Optimize product cost, performance, and quality
• Conduct FMEA, product testing, and regulatory compliance
• Manage engineering changes and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
