Key Responsibilities: As a Junior Production Manager, you will:

Collaborate with the senior management team to develop production plans and strategies.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring production schedules are met.
Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Train and mentor production staff to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus.
