POSITION INFO:

My client is to employ a Junior Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven graduate with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in supply chain and production planning. No prior work experience is required, but a competitive mindset and a willingness to learn are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

BCom in Supply Chain Management or BBA graduate.
No formal work experience required.
MS Excel proficiency is advantageous.
Must have played competitive team sports in high school.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in production planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
Monitor and manage raw material availability and production flow.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Analyze production data to improve planning accuracy.
Ensure schedules align with customer demand and operational capacity.
Support the team with administrative tasks and reporting.
