POSITION INFO:
Kwalifikasies en Ondervinding:

Tersiêre kwalifikasie in Landbou (voordeel).
Sterk rekenaarvaardighede, veral in Excel en digitale moniteringstelsels.
Uitstekende interpersoonlike vaardighede en leierskapspotensiaal.
Aanpasbaar, goed georganiseerd en passievol oor volhoubare landbouproduksie.

Pligte en Verantwoordelikhede:

Beplan en monitor plaagbeheer-, bemestings- en plantprogramme.
Monitor kultivarproewe en plantaktiwiteite.
Bestuur tegniese personeel en produksieprosesse.
Verseker nakoming van standaarde soos Global GAP, Farming for the Future, DAFF en SIZA Environmental.
Ontwikkel en implementeer standaard operasionele prosedures en opleiding vir produksiepraktyke.
Verkry en bestuur kundigheid en produkte vir plaagbeheer en bemesting.
