Junior Project Manager Job Description

We are looking for a, proactive, organised, and solution-orientated Junior Project Manager. You will join a team of Key Support Executive personnel, to support the executives and company needs.

POSITION INFO:
Listed below are the key roles and responsibilities of the junior project manager:

Coordinate project management activities, resources, finance, and other information.
Liaise with Directors, line managers and stakeholders to identify and define project management objectives, project scope, and other requirements.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that stakeholders needs are met as projects evolve.
Help prepare budgets
Analyse risks and opportunities.
Oversee project procurement management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and streamlines processes.
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement) to relevant parties.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Adhoc Duties

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certifications
Fintech experience advantageous
Knowledge of Crypto and Forex advantageous
Project Management experience 1-2 years
Project Management Fundamentals
Technical Proficiency
Adaptability and Flexibility – ability to adapt to changing requirements and multiple projects
Onboarding new PSPs (Admin)
Excellent experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and perform autonomously
Experience in the Finance/Fintech industry advantageous
