Our client located in the Northern Suburbs, within the property industry is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Property Coordinator.
This position will provide essential support in managing their property portfolio and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification would be beneficial
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Computer literate
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
