What You’ll Do:
- Execute detailed software and UI testing to ensure functionality and performance
- Translate business requirements into structured test plans and test cases
- Identify usability issues and functional defects, providing actionable feedback
- Collaborate with developers throughout the software development lifecycle
- Log and manage issues using bug tracking and QA management tools
- Assist with build, release management, and documentation of software guides
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar (or 3+ years QA or software testing experience without a degree)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
