SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-driven and motivated Junior Quality Data Specialist to support data administration, product specification management, and data integrity processes within a quality-controlled environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a young professional looking to grow within data and quality systems.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update product master data
Upload quality documentation and certificates to client/retailer portals
Assist with LIMS data capturing, result linking, and reporting
Support reconciliation of data between ERP, QMS, and portal systems
Assist with change control and version documentation
Generate or assist with routine compliance and KPI reports
Participate in continuous improvement of data workflows

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric essential
Tertiary qualification advantageous (Information Systems, Quality, Data, Food Tech etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Excel and data management

Ideal Candidate:

Able to work with structured data and documentation
Team player with accountability and reliability
