Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of experience, ideally from a construction background. The successful candidate will be responsible for measurement tasks, supporting cost estimation, and assisting with project documentation. Familiarity with CCS software is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Measure quantities from drawings and specifications
Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documentation
Support the QS in project cost control and reporting
Maintain accurate records of project data and measurements

Requirements

1–4 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a construction environment
Proficient in measurement techniques and quantity take-offs
Experience with CCS software preferred
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

High level of accuracy and professionalism
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
