Job Summary

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Reporting Specialist to support thier team with reporting and presentation needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and compiling data into insightful reports, and must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint to translate data into executive-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce accurate reports
• Develop and maintain regular performance dashboards and ad-hoc reports
• Transform complex data into easy-to-understand visuals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements
• Provide support in identifying trends and actionable insights based on report findings
• Assist with continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building professional presentations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences

Advantageous

• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
