JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established coffee shop in the Norwood area is looking for a Junior Manager to join the team. Candidates must have 1+ years sit-down Restaurant or similar management experience. Looking for candidates who want to build a career in Restaurants. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with effective communication abilities, must be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. Focus will be front of house management and customer relations. Duties will also include floor management, staff management, stock control, Restaurant administration, opening & closing procedures.
