Junior Restaurant manager required for established upmarket Cafe style Restaurant in Sandton. Looking for a well-groomed well spoken candidate with 2+ years Restaurant management experience. Formal hospitality / culinary or similar qualification beneficial. Candidates must be hardworking and have strong customer relations skills. Duties will include, general management, staff management, stock control, floor management, opening and closing procedures. Must be passionate about Restaurants and eager to learn.
