JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established upmarket Restaurant in the Waterkloof area is looking for a Junior Manager to join the team. Candidates must have 2+ years sit-down Restaurant management experience. Looking for candidates who want to build a career in Restaurants. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with effective communication abilities, must be self-motivated, ambitious and eager to learn. Main focus will be front of house management and customer relations. Duties will also include floor management, staff management, stock control, Restaurant administration, opening & closing procedures. Salary R 8000 – 12000 K net depending on experience.
