Our client, a growing IT Services Company, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales / Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's IT solutions and services.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Qualifications Matric (Grade 12). Relevant Sales, Marketing, Business, or IT qualification will be advantageous. Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle. Experience 2-5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Experience within the IT industry will be highly advantageous. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience building and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Promote and sell the company's IT products, solutions, and services. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. Conduct client meetings and needs assessments. Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and account management. Required Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Good organisational and time management skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
