• Diploma or Degree (Business Management / IT)
• ITIL
Preferred Qualification:
• MCSE,Management 
Experience required:
• Technical and Management Experiences

• Zoom
• Teams, Presentation Expertise,
• User technical assistance
• High level project management
• Creation of training manuals
• Service Delivery management
