POSITION INFO:
Are you a qualified Mechanical Engineer looking to gain hands-on operational experience on-site?
We are seeking a Junior Site Mechanical Engineer / Planner to join our Clients dynamic team in Mozambique.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified engineer eager to develop their skills in a real-world construction environment while also gaining valuable planning and administrative exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Support (On-Site):

Assist with day-to-day site engineering tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.
Monitor and support construction activities to ensure they align with engineering specifications and safety standards.
Participate in inspections and technical problem-solving.

Planning & Administrative Support:

Support the project planning team with administrative tasks including progress tracking, schedule updates, and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, compiling data, and maintaining accurate project records.
Help update project schedules, and ensure timely communication between departments.

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering qualification (Degree or Diploma).
2 – 3 years work experience.
A valid passport (travel is required).
Willingness to be based on-site in Mozambique until completion of tasks/responsibilities.
Strong interest in gaining practical site experience and exposure.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
