Salary: Annual salary range of R276,000 – R336,000, excluding a quarterly bonus scheme (from 2027), which is payable based on individual performance and the meeting of KPIs

POSITION INFO:
To develop, test and support software solutions while building strong capabilities in artificial intelligence, automation and modern software engineering. The role is designed for high-potential graduates or junior developers who demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking and a passion for emerging technologies, with the objective of developing into an AI Software Engineer. Minimum Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or final year). Strong programming fundamentals Understanding of object-oriented programming Exposure to C#, Java, Python or similar languages Knowledge of Git Experience: 0-2 years' commercial software development experience. Graduates with strong academic results, internships or personal software projects are encouraged to apply.
