JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Obtain the functional specification from the Business Analyst and formulate and run
test cases.
Liaise with Business Analyst and/or Software Tester to gain understanding of testing
requirements.
Generate, Sequence and Run Test Cases.
Sign-off and assist Business Users with User Accepatance testing, within the required
criteria.
Provide post-implementation support.
Conduct detailed defect logging and tracking, inlcuding performing a Risk Assessment
for each defect.
Attend all required meetings.
Work collaboratively with Business Analyst and/or Software Tester and provide input
from Quality Assurance perspective.
Provide support and assistance for documentation and training materials.
Proactive assistance with operational issues.
Complete daily timesheets for every project.
Comprehensive details captured of issues or risks.

Qualifications & Experience:
BSc or BA degree in Information Systems.
1 year of relevant QA technical experience.
1 year large enterprise or e-business systems experience.
Expertise in data testing by using Microsoft SQL to extract and manipulate test data.
