JOB SUMMARY:
Retail concern, based in the South of Johannesburg, is looking for a Junior Stock Controller to join their team. Working knowledge of Syspro essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience and Qualifications

National Senior Certificate essential
3-5 years in same or similar role
Syspro Working knowledge of inventory management software
Diploma would be advantageous
Must have strong excel skills
Must have a know how of financial workings
Traceability experience is a must

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Recording of GRN and GRV’s in Syspro
Facilitating stock adjustments with the warehouse and recording in Syspro
Accurate inputting of stock
Accurate inputting of GRVs
Accuracy in adjustments
Facilitating internal purchase orders from warehouse to system
Coordinating the promotional stock room
Participate in health and safety of the warehouse
Recording of Area stock counts and Active participation in inventory audits
Know how to handle stock takes
Facilitating internal purchase orders from warehouse to system
Coordinating the promotional stock room
Participate in health and safety of the warehouse
Recording of Area stock counts
