POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update intranet content
Administer and manage SharePoint environments
Support data analytics initiatives
Provide service desk and systems support
Assist with developing dashboards using Power BI

Requirements:

NQF Level 6 qualification in an IT relevant field
3 years of IT systems and databases experience
Exposure to business systems beyond ERP (e.g., mining or plant processing systems is a plus)
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
