Junior Systems Analyst

SUMMARY:

As our Systems Analyst, you’ll join the Avengers of automation — assembling reports, conquering inefficiencies, and protecting the integrity of financial systems across the business universe.

POSITION INFO:

In this role, you’re not just working with systems — you’re defending them. Every macro you refine, every workflow you map, every dashboard you design makes you the silent guardian behind seamless operations.
Your mission: to bring order to chaos, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and lead our digital transformation efforts like a true Avenger of Data.

Key Duties:
Build and manage a powerful suite of financial reports — from daily exports to monthly accruals.
Design and enhance dashboards that make data as clear as Stark tech.
Maintain, configure, and optimize Fraxion to operate at peak efficiency.
Train and onboard new users, guiding them like a seasoned hero.
Automate processes, reduce redundancies, and implement smarter solutions.
Collaborate with teams across Finance, Creditors, and Operations to keep the systems secure and efficient.
Conduct systems analysis, process documentation, and UAT testing to ensure nothing breaks on your watch.
Manage integrations, updates, and compliance — ensuring our systems stay battle-ready.

Skills & Experience:
Strong Excel and Power Query skills — your hammer and shield.
Experience with Fraxion or similar financial workflow systems.
Ability to create dashboards, workflows, and automation tools.
Skilled in documentation, systems analysis, and process improvement.
Understanding of Delegation of Authority and system compliance.
Analytical mindset with a hero’s instinct for problem-solving.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field preferred.
