Exciting opportunity in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Our finance recruitment team is looking for a MIddle Office support analyst to join a dynamic deal making team.

POSITION INFO:

Our finance recruitment desk is currently recruiting for a Junior Transaction Analyst (Middle Office Administrative Support). Our client is a niche credit provider with a focus on property secured and development finance in the major metropoles of South Africa.

Location: Cape Town, Southern Suburbs

Role Purpose:

Provide administrative and operational support to the deal-making team to ensure smooth transaction execution, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination between internal teams, clients, and external service providers. The role will work closely with the credit and finance team.

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred but not essential).
4-5 years’ experience in an administrative, operations, or middle-office role (financial services or property-related preferred).
Familiarity with loan documentation and property transactions advantageous.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has a proven track record contributing to the success of implementing and maintaining an unlisted credit loan book. The candidate should be familiar with the various stakeholders involved in a Property / Development Finance transaction.
