SUMMARY:
Are you looking foward to venture into a new opportunity as a Junior Underwriter? We need someone to underwrite life policies in order to manage risk for our company under a permanent role in Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities
- Perform underwriting on individual life policies
- Perform new business administration on individual life policies
- Assist with complaints resolution and compliance (TCF)

Formal Education
- Grade 12

Technical/Legal Certification
- RE1 & RE 5 (advantage)
- 60 or 120 credits on NQF level 5 (Depending on the date of appointment in the industry) (advantage)
- Underwriting certificate (advantage)

Experience
- 1 Year Experience in long term insurance underwriting
- Medical Underwriting background (advantage)
- 1 year administrative experience
