SUMMARY:
Position: Jnr ICT Support Technician
 
Roll – External technical support technician.
Area – Gqeberha (PE) & surrounding areas
Position Available: immediately

POSITION INFO:
Basic Duties:

• Break-assist onsite & desktop support
• Hardware & software installations, and repairs
• Network installations.
• Pro-active client systems maintenance
• General technical admin – reports & stock take etc.

• 2 years experience in IT technical support, installations, and repairs
• Basic ICT qualifications A+ N+ and MCSE certification
• Own reliable transport is very important
• No criminal or debt review record
• Good interpersonal and communication skills is a must
• Self-starter / must be able to work independently
• must be technically minded / COMMON SENSE approach to problems and challenges is critically important
• 4 months probation period

• Basic salary before deductions – R11000
• Performance bonus of R3000 every 4 months after successful & positive performance review
• Travel allowance.
• Cell phone and Data contribution
• Year End Bonus based on performance
