LEGAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

EAST LONDON

R 40 000 CTC P/M

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric Qualification
• Relevant PRO qualification would be an advantage
• Marketing experience
• Customer relations experience
• Sufficient IT knowledge (Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office)
• Industry related knowledge e.g. bonds, transfers & estate agencies
• Project management
• Events co-ordination from inception to delivery
• Ability to treat confidential information with the required sensitivity
• Pro-active approach in delivery and servicing of all clients
• Maintain and better existing client relationships
• Seek new business opportunities and establish business
• Relationships with these new clients
• Be the optimum professional frontline representation of the company at all times
• Continually keep clients informed about legal and general changes in the legislation
• Ensure that all updated marketing material is highly visible in all clients’ offices
• Maintain customer client base
• Hosting and facilitation of client and internal events. i.e.
  Golf days, Sponsored Events etc.
• Regular progress reports to clients
• Up to date sources of business report
• Quarterly preparation of target / budget reports
• Link report / call sheet of all visits to clients and /or function attendance to online dairy (Outlook)
• Maintain a highly visible presence in the market place
• Act as liaison between the branch and the client
• Compliance with regard to internal procedures in respect of invitations, sugar campaigns and other market related activities
• Compliant with website client reporting
