The Role:

Essential function:

To act as a business partner to Assessment clients through effective solutioning, account management, new business development and internal collaboration with the ultimate goal of growing the Assessment business and positioning as a partner of choice on human capital related solutions.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Qualification:

  • Bachelorâ??s Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in psychometry or a human resource related field

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in psychometric assessments or a relevant HR related field 
  • At least 5 yearsâ?? account management or sales experience

Experience required: 

  • Experience in a HR consulting environment will be an advantage 
  • Experience in senior level engagement and strategic partnerships will be an advantage

Beneficial:

  • Valid Driverâ??s Licence and own reliable car
  • Advanced Computer Literacy
Key Accountabilities:
  • Serve as an expert advisor and business partner to all psychometric Assessment clients
  • Grow the current Assessment portfolio through effective account management
  • Position the MIE Assessment Division as a service provider of choice through effective client
  • relationship management
  • To generate new business and identify new opportunities from new and existing clients (this will involve
  • outbound sales efforts)
  • Design Assessment solutions to address client challenges
  • Develop account strategies to achieve the required growth
  • To work closely with the operational Assessment team and other relevant internal business Divisions to ensure that value is added to clients
  • Attend new business sales appointment, presentations, conferences and networking functions
  • Responsible for quotes and tenders in terms of the technical responses, follow ups and monitoring of success rates
  • To contribute to the strategy of the Assessment Division, by proving input on market trends, solutions and the strategic direction of the Division 
  • Meet the financial target of the Assessment division
  • To provide guidance to junior team members
  • To update the company CRM system at all times
