Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Key Accounts & Customer Liaison Manager to join their dynamic team in East London.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

• As Key Account and Customer Liaison Manager ability to negotiate commercially feasible alternatives to market and economic changes within existing customer base
• Act as Sales Interface between the company, plant manager and Headquarter
• Ensure the sustainability of the client account from End of Production to future product Launch.
• Evaluate and prepare customer quotations for change management, ensuring increased profitability & sustainability of the east London operation
• Act as local interface between the client and company regarding escalations, commercial claims, pricing disputes, reconciliations, and contractual obligations
• Perform daily SAP checks and error maintenance on MRP system within scope of contract.
• Monitor opportunities for business extension and other related economic opportunities within existing or new potential contracts.
• Lead change Management Process commercially towards Customer ensuring increased profitability and sustainability.
• Maintain and improve existing relationship to local customer
• Follow all statutory and company regulations, guidelines and processes.

• A Tertiary qualification Degree in Sales and Marketing degree NQF level 7 or Business Administration degree NQF level 7.
• Quotation tools knowledge & experience/ Market Knowledge on Chassis Systems/ Chassis Components,
• Competitors, Customers, Regions/ Profound knowledge of technical & commercial content Chassis Systems
• Cross-Functional Team Lead experience, Project management skills/ Business fluent in
• English language, interpersonal & Social Competence (Integration of colleagues for improved work efficiency)
