POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and nurturing long-term client partnerships
Understand clients’ freight and logistics operations to provide tailored software solutions
Conduct product demos, onboarding, and training for new clients
Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue
Track account activity and maintain accurate CRM records
Provide detailed reports on account performance, insights, and client feedback
Analyse client requirements and translate them into effective solutions

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, sales, or client success
Background in logistics or software solutions (highly advantageous)
Strong understanding of freight, shipping, and logistics workflows
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate client needs into practical solutions that drive adoption and satisfaction
