Our client, a well-established company in the office automation industry, is seeking a KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER in PORT ELIZABETH, and would suit someone familiar with the area.

POSITION INFO:
KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Minimum skills and experience required:

Must have a matric certificate
Valid Driver's License
Well-presented and well spoken
Driven and self-motivated
Strong track record of handling key accounts for large, national business

Duties and Responsibilities:

New business
Build and maintain relationships with current clients
Meet targets given monthly, quarterly, yearly
Market research - to be aware of what competitors are doing
Prepare sales reports
Handle customer / client queries and complaints
