JOB SUMMARY:
Staff Connection are looking for a Kitchen Manager for their central depot in the northern suburbs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification in Culinary Arts or similar
Minimum of 4 years as a Kitchen Manager in the restaurant industry or within a restaurant central kitchen
Experienced in working with multiple stores
Hands-on experience with planning menus/recipes and ordering food items
Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
