Candidate Requirements:

3-5 years experience in Kitchen Manager/Stock Controller role.
Expertise in inventory management systems.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Strong analytical skills for cost control.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective leadership and communication.
Proficiency in inventory software.
Flexible hours (evenings, weekends).
