LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (EDENVALE, JOHANNESBURG)

SUMMARY:
This growing National Retail Brand has an exciting opportunity available for a Learning and Development Manager to be based in Edenvale

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Degree specializing in Learning and Development
• Skills Development Facilitator Certification
• Qualified assessor and moderator
• Qualification in content design an advantage (refer comment below)
• 5 – 10 years’ experience as an L&D Specialist or similar role
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an SDF
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
• Proficient in MS Office

Experience:

• Working in a Learning and Development role that is or has transitioned into a Learning Academy an advantage
• Working with SETA is a requirement and experience with W&R SETA would be a definite advantage.
• Learning Management Systems
• Managing a small learning and development team
• Partnering with external service providers
