SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Learning development practitioner to drive impactful learning and development initiatives. The successful candidate will support department heads in identifying training needs, implementing learning interventions, and ensuring all training activities are compliant, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
- ODETDP or equivalent training qualification
- HR diploma or degree also welcome
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar training or learning & development role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
