A boutique Property Management company requires the services of an experienced retail/commercial Leasing / Office Administrator.
POSITION INFO:
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in Property Leasing ESSENTIAL
- Matric (Grade 12)
Duties and Responsibilities- Handling of ITC checks, FICA documents and tenant applications
- Drafting of offers to Lease, Lease Agreements, Lease Renewals, Addendum and ensuring compliance.
- Accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants including database and turnovers.
- Bank Guarantee vetting, liaising with banks and processing.
- Preparation of Lease Authorization Forms and submission to Landlord for approval.
- Ensuring pre-leasing paperwork is completed correctly.
- Tracking paperwork and submitting within allotted timeframes
- Advertising premises through various channels.
- Broker liaison – showing available units to prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate an up-to-date records of all leasing activities.
- Communicate with tenants to address any questions or concerns they may have during the leasing process.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
- Preparation of staff hours for submissions to payroll
- Capturing utilities readings from properties.
- Attending to walk-in customers and tenant queries.
