LEGAL BOOKKEEPER - STELLENBOSCH

R 250 000 p/a negotiable, depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric Essential
Bookkeeping Diploma
CMS experience advantageous
Banking experience advantageous
Law Firm experience advantageous
Full working knowledge of MS packages essential
Capturing and reconciling foreign vendor payments
Capturing advocate and correspondent invoices
Assisting with Reserve Bank clearance applications
Processing business and trust EFTs
Monthly fee earners billing and invoicing
Attending to ad hoc queries from secretaries and directors
Prepare files for annual audit
Covering for fellow staff members when on leave
Good acumen for dealing with figures
Attention to detail
