LEGAL BOOKKEEPER (NELSPRUIT)

SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper with experience in the Legal industry. The position will be based in Nelspruit.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• Bookkeeping qualification – non negotiable
• Pastel experience – non negotiable
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of processing up to trial balance
• Experience in a legal setting would be a bonus
• Experience in creditors, debtors and or debt management as it forms quite a large part of the job.
• Experience with VAT201 preparation and submissions is an added advantage
• Have an interest in learning legal processes and rules as it forms a big part of our clients work.
• Management of a trust account as well as some knowledge or understanding with regards to the Magistrates and High court rules and acts, as this position does not just encompass accounting but also some legal aspects.
• M.S Office, specifically Excel
