POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
• This is a frontline role, so a professional appearance, excellent telephone etiquette, and a welcoming personality are essential
• Our client is looking for someone who is vibrant, organised, and approachable
• General administrative and receptionist duties
• Basic computer literacy
• Diary management for attorneys (strong organisational skills required)
• Handling client queries and directing them to the appropriate secretaries
• Managing stationery, courier arrangements, etc.
• Occasionally assisting with tea service and clearing boardrooms when the tea lady is unavailable
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Will be responsible for opening files and FICA compliance, therefore previous experience in a law firm and knowledge of FICA requirements would be a strong advantage
