SUMMARY: SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
POSITION INFO:
A leading manufacturer of value-added meat products.
The applicant must have EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE in the food industry with meat or similar short-shelflife, high-risk products. The successful candidate will be will be overseeing the quality of products as well as all quality and food safety programs in the company. Extensive experience with FSSC implementation and maintenance, HACCP, BRC, and dealing with major retailers. Responsible for quality audits in the company and ensuring continual compliance to quality standards and passing of audits.
BSc or Diploma - Food Science or Food Technology or equivalent FSSC 22000 certificate & exp HACCP BRC
15+ years experience in the food industry of which 10 in management
