SUMMARY: NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGIST
POSITION INFO:
My client is looking for an NPD Technologist with at least 6 years experience in Research & Development to run projects completely from brief stage to launch. This will include development, organoleptic evaluation, approval, shelf-life, spec sheets and nutritional analysis. Followed by factory trials and production handover – the full 360° cycle. Full record-keeping of all development and mods. In addition to NPD, you will be doing product maintenance – cost/ process improvements/ existing product improvements and raw material optimisation development. Knowledge of FSSC 22 000.
Must have a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or Food Science.
Project Management experience. Great admin skills.
