Employer Description A Food Manufacturer Job Description My client is looking for a Maintenance Manager who has at least 8 years experience in FOOD MANUFACTURING. Ideally a Trade-Tested Millwright who is equally skilled on the electrical side and the mechanical side of machinery. Must be able to implement and run with various metrics including machine downtime, artisan utilisation, OEE. Work with and improve Preventative Maintenance schedules taking into account mean-time to fail, mean-time to repair etc. Looking for a forward thinking person with vision who can grow as the company grows and run projects effectively. Qualifications At least a trade-tested millwright with 8 years experience in the Food Industry. Skills A good manager and awesome communicator who can lead a team A forward-thinking candidate
