Job Description

 

I am looking for a very senior R&D Technologist or R&D Manager to head up R&D for a company (with a few plants) that specialises in Frozen speciality foods.  Multiple projects on the go that need exceptional co-ordination and drawing all resources together.  Looking for terrific administrative and management skills as you will be co-ordinating the activities of around 6 food technologists. Ideally I am looking for someone with Ready-to-Eat or Frozen experience as there is a high innovation rate of development and you need to hit the ground running.  At least 10 years experience in R&D/ Product Development.

 

Qualifications

Minimally a Food Tech Diploma or equivalent qualification.  A business qual would be an advantage. And many years in R&D running multiple projects.

Skills

Attention to Detail and great people management skills.
