Job Description

 

I have a client looking for a Factory Manager with at least 8 years production experience of which at least 3 years is as factory manager.  You are needed to run this value-added food/ agric plant plant.  Must have experience in IR and managing staff and must have a good overall view and experience in supply-chain, financial management, maintenance, production and warehousing IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY.  There is a staff complement of around 70-80 people. MUST LIVE IN POLOKWANE REGION OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE.

Qualifications

Must have a tertiary qualification - preferably in Ops/ Production.

Skills

Great management skills and must pay attention to detail.
