LITIGATION SECRETARY / PARALEGAL - EE POSITION

CAPE TOWN, SOUTHERN SUBURBS

R 15 000 - R 18 000 CTC P/M NEGOTIABLE, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
5–10 Years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary and/or Paralegal
Strong drafting and document management skills
Knowledge of FICA compliance processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Lexis Nexis, Legal Suite, and Court Online is a bonus
Knowledge of conveyancing processes would be advantageous but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full time, in office role
Reside in the Southern Suburbs, or willing to relocate
