    The Role:

    Stable IT Company searching for LOB Finance Manager for their Division and Business Units.

     

    Skills and Experience:

    Essential Skills:

    • Min. 2 years'' of accounting experience. 
    • + 5 years'' experience working in a finance department with exposure to the full finance function and managing staff. 
    • Hands-on processing and reporting experience in regards to the following system:
    • Any ERP, preference will be given to Infor LN experience,
    • Excel Qlik.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelors'' degree or equivalent in finance or business administration

    Preferred qualifications:

    • CA SA, CIMA or MBA Finance focused. 
    Key Accountabilities:

    KPA''s:

    • Complete oversite and management of the finance people and functions in division. 
    • Full Financial Control (including statutory, tax management, AFS preparation/review, financial governance).
    • Forecasting and Budgeting.
    • Monthly Management and any ad-hoc reporting.
    • Monthly Finance reviews and in-depth analysis of each businessâ??s results.
    • Financial planning analysis management - commercial business partner. 
    • Monthly Forecasting.
    • Cash Management across the Division and weekly cash forecasting.
    • Complete Working Capital Management.
    • Division / BU specific general ledger reconciliations.
    • Annual budget preparation and review.
    • Monthly payroll first line finance review for division; input and expense claims.
    • Revenue recognition including invoicing.
    • Assisting in ensuring timeous distribution of financial information to business units.
    • Submission of financial information by the business units to shared services where applicable.
    • Collection of business units divisions.
    • Managing roll out of all group processes and procedures.
    • Special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
    • Onboarding of new companies. 
    • Ensure statutory and tax compliance of all companies across division.
    • Assistance with reporting for tax.

    • Strong financial governance experience on business controls.

    • Fast thinker with problem solving capabilities.
    • Must be able to show initiative.
    • Must be able to work in a deadline-driven, pressurized environment.
    Other:
    • The Finance team consists of the following groupings for management:  Business Unit / Divisional Financial Managers, Credit control,  General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
    • Technical: IFRS technical accounting experience, management reporting and leadership skills.
    • Work environment: Office or from home.
    • Local travel may be required.
