Our client have been delivering advisory services in the construction environment for clients across South Africa and beyond specializing in Quantity Surveying, Project and Program Management for built assets across specialized areas of the construction industry, including Retail, Mixed-use developments, Residential, Leisure, Industrial, Infrastructure, Work place, Education and Healthcare.
Job Description
This is a permanent position, and in this position you will be reporting to the Director. You will also be required to manage a small team. Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Bill of Quantities
- Estimating
- Contractual Administration
The scope of projects you will be involved in are: Commercial, Mixed Use, Warehousing, Retail.
You will be required to work on 2 – 3 projects at a time
Be ready to travel within South Africa
Qualifications
- BSc Quantity Surveying – Must be a registered PrQS
Skills
- Minimum 10 years'' of experience with PQS Firm
- Proficient in Excel, Dim X, Win QS
